"As I prepare for my hike on the Appalachian Trail, I want to concentrate primarily on lower body strengthening, particularly the legs, feet, ankles, hips, and core. Additionally, I want to include some upper body exercises, specifically for the back and shoulders. The most important aspect for me is strengthening my legs and knees, as I want to prevent injuries from twists and turns on rocks. I plan to perform specific exercises for my knees daily to achieve this goal.
